A man was seriously hurt following an early Wednesday morning crash in Independence.
Police said the man reportedly crossed U.S. 40 at about 4 a.m. and hit a sign at a bowling alley before flipping the vehicle on its roof. He was ejected from the vehicle.
No other vehicles were involved.
Police continue to investigate.
