Verizon Wireless is presenting Blue Springs South High School with a $5,000 cash prize. The high school placed third in the “The Future is Now” video contest, a nationwide competition that called on select schools to create and enter a video on the topic of how 4G LTE will change their school, community and their world.
The winners were selected based on the number of votes their entries received. Of the 21 high schools that submitted videos, Blue Springs South received 9,618 votes. To view the winning video, visit www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCj-10zDISM.
