The Jackson County court administrator has resigned her post.

Three weeks ago, the 16th Judicial Circuit announced that Teresa L. York had been on administrative leave since June 4 and that “outside professionals” had been brought in to investigate concern about expenditure of court funds.

The court has named Jeff Eisenbeis, deputy court administrator of family court services, becomes the interim court administrator effective Monday.
