The body of the man who found in the 10400 block of E. 15th Street on Wednesday has been identified.
Ronald W. Mills, 48, of Kansas City, was identified by Independence police on Thursday night.
Detectives continue to investigate the case and are awaiting a full report from the Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office.
