The Missouri secretary of state's website has been intermittently down much of the evening since the polls closed at 7 p.m. The Associated Press reports that the secretary of state's office said it's working on a solution, blaming new software and heavy usage for the problem.
Results are being posted normally to the Jackson County Election Board website.
