After a couple of days with highs in the 80s, the weather heats up this weekend, with highs of 92 Saturday -- and 100 on Sunday.
Thw National Weather Service says a warm front will move into the area Saturday. It's likely that heat advisories -- reminding people to take it easy, try to stay indoors and drink plenty of water -- will be posted, the Weather Service says.
A high of 100 on Sunday would fall short of the June 24 record, 103, set in 1988.
It's expected to cool off a bit after Sunday with a high of 90 and a low of 65 on Monday, followed by 85/67 on Tueday and 93/73 on Wednesday.
There is no rain in the forecast.
