Blue Springs, MO —
A Blue Springs man was charged by federal prosecutors on Thursday for producing child pornography.
Christopher R. Lockhart, 29, was charged in U.S. District Court in Kansas City after a search of his computers showed video and still photographs that included images of an adult male engaging in sexual conduct with a boy who appeared to be 3 or 4 years old, according to an affidavit filed with the charge.
Lockhart is in custody. A hearing will be held to determine if he should remain in jail until trial.
