A public meeting to gain input for the Palmer Place Apartments project is scheduled for 6 p.m. Nov. 8 in Kansas City.
The meeting will take place at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza location, 4445 Main St. Plans call for the north end of the closed Palmer Junior High facility to be redeveloped as affordable apartments for senior residents.
