Only a few days are left to take advantage of June adoption specials at the Independence Animal Shelter.
June is National Adopt-A-Cat month, and the shelter is trying to reduce its cat population. Through the end of the month, cats and kittens are just $35 to adopt. Or, adopt two adult cats over the age of 2 years for the price of one.
