The following items were taken from the Feb. 4 through 10, 1912, Examiner.

A half page in the Kansas City Star was devoted to the description of the new home of Dr. W.H. Schutz, 3635 Jason Place, Kansas City. The house is a $30,000 structure. The new home of Dr. Schutz, who is an oculist, was designed wholly to lessen the work of the eye. Nothing in the house day or night casts a shadow. Dr. Schutz, formerly of Independence, is a son-in-law of Dr. John Bryant.
