Sarah M. Evans, 71, of Independence, Mo., passed away Nov. 16, 2009. Services will be Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, at Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (The Gathering Place) 2820 M. 291 Hwy Independence, Mo. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. with funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial in Mound Grove Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, H. Virgel Evans, in 2001.
Among Sarah’s survivors are 2 sons; Don and Todd, daughter Robin Hatfield, brother Isaac N. Ketchum Jr. 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
