Michael Eduard Bledsoe, 23, Independence, Mo., passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012.
Michael was born March 21, 1989 in Independence, Mo., the son of Jeffrey C. Bledsoe and Virginia A. (Neumann) Shoemaker. He was a graduate of William Chrisman High School. Michael was employed with Mr. Goodcents on Noland Road and 39th Street. He was a member of Noland Road Baptist Church. Michael enjoyed fishing, watching Chiefs football and most of all being with family.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Kathryn Neumann; and uncle David Bledsoe. Survivors include his mother, Virginia Shoemaker; father, Jeffrey Bledsoe; brothers, Brandon Bledsoe, and Jacob Bledsoe and his wife Melissa; niece and nephews, Lucas, Logan and Lena; maternal grandfather, Eduard Neumann; paternal grandparents, Kenny and Joann Bledsoe; and additional aunts, uncles, and family.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Noland Road Baptist Church; 4505 S. Noland Road, Independence, MO 64055. Burial to follow at Lee’s Summit Historical Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO, 64055.
