Services will be at Mount Washington Forever Funeral Home, 614 S. Brookside Ave. Independence. Visitation will be 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2009. Funeral service at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, followed by burial in Mount Washington Cemetery.
