Joseph Richard Caskey, 74, of Independence, MO, died on Monday, November 16, 2009.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Saturday Nov. 21, at Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, 30000 Valor Drive, Grain Valley, MO with visitation at 10:00 a.m. He will be laid to rest with military honors in Swan Lake Memorial Park, Grain Valley.
