Madelyn “Maddie” L. DeMore, 5, of Independence, Mo., passed away Nov. 8, 2012.
Services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th Street, Independence, MO 64055.Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Monday at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to the Carousel Program, Kansas City Hospice, 9221 Ward Parkway, No. 100, Kansas City, MO 64114.
Maddie was born July 11, 2007, in Independence, Mo. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching movies together.
Maddie was preceded in death by paternal grandfather Michael DeMore and great-grandparents Mary and Frank Nold. She is survived by her parents Jack and Melanie DeMore, of the home; her dog Roscoe; maternal grandmother Patti Jones, Independence, Mo; maternal grandfather Steve Jones, Raymore, Mo; paternal grandmother Sheryl DeMore, Kansas City, Mo; aunt Vanessa Jones; cousin Ryleigh Gage; great-grandmother Sharon Smith, all of Independence, Mo.
