Paul Doak Foster, 94, Independence, Mo., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, followed by funeral services at 2 p.m., at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St. Independence, 816-373-3600. Burial will follow at Centerview Cemetery, Centerview, Mo. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fairmount United Methodist Church.
