Patricia Walden, 82, of Independence, Mo., passed away February 8, 2013.
Visitation will be from 5-6:30 p.m. on Monday. Jan. 11, at Newcomer’s Noland Road Chapel. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan 12, at Oakridge Memorial Gardens with Rev. Chris Combs presiding. In Lieu of flowers contributions to Vitas Hospice (2316 E. Meyer Blvd. KC, MO 64132).
Pat was a Christian by faith. She worked in data processing and accounting for Avon Products Inc. for 33 years followed by employment with House of Lloyd for a number of years. In retirement she served as an Election Judge for Jackson County.
Pat is survived by her husband Joel Walden; two daughters Cindy (Chris) Combs of Hannibal, Mo., and Terri (Kirk) Mullikin of Lee’s Summit, Mo.; grandchildren Angela (Darren) Armour, Joel (Shelia) Combs, Cory (Mary) Combs, Sandi Stewart; 10 great grandchildren; brother in law Henry Walden of Clinton, Iowa, along with numerous other family members and friends.
