George C. Allen

George C. Allen, age 81, of Buckner, Missouri, passed away Tuesday August 19, 2008 at his residence.

George was born August 5, 1927 in American Falls, Idaho.

He was preceded in death by his parents; six sisters; five brothers; one daughter, Debby Allen (Canfield).

Survivors include his wife Barbara; daughter, Loretta (Larry) Beecher; sons, Cody (Alicia) Hunt Shaun (Lorri) Hunt, Rob (Danette) Allen, Lon Allen, Dan (Michelle) Hunt; foster daughter Jill (Todd) Holmes;nineteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday 10:30 a.m. at Church of Jesus Christ Missionary Restoration Branch, Buckner, MO with visitation from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the services at the church. He will be laid to rest with military honors at Swan Lake Memorial Park, Grain Valley, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to Church of Jesus Christ Missionary Restoration Branch, 345 N.
