Samuel C. Scheffler Sr., 67, of Lake Tapawingo, died Thursday, July 2, 2009 at Research Medical Center.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, July 6, at Chapel of Memories Funeral Home.
Visitation will be at 1 p.m. He will be laid to rest with military honors in Swan Lake Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family. Arrangements: Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, 816-463-4030.
