To the editor:
Missourians in this area have the opportunity to select an outstanding individual to represent them in the State Legislature. Sheila Solon is the person and will work hard to be fair and unbiased. She has worked in Blue Springs local government for many years, both on the Planning Commission and the City Council. In both groups, she worked harder than anyone else in either group.
She has not worked in any vacuum, but instead was out and gathered opinions and views from her constituents. She will stand up for positions that she sees as correct even though those positions may not be popular.
I urge everyone to vote for Sheila Solon for State Representative, 55th District, in the state primary election on Aug. 3.
