The Van Horn wrestling team used six pins and four forfeits to manhandle Sherwood for a home Crossroads Conference win Monday.

Andrew Huddleston (152 pounds) took just 16 seconds to pin his opponent, while David Krantz won in 17 seconds as the Falcons won 69-6.

Preston Murphy (126), Jacob Burch (145), Anthony Krantz (182) and Aaron Maluia (220) also won by fall. Kenneth Maluia (170) won a 10-5 decision, while Jared Huddleston (285) claimed a win when his opponent was disqualified.

PARK HILL SOUTH 57, TRUMAN 18: Truman captured a pair of first-period pins but it wasn’t enough in a Suburban Big Six dual loss to host Park Hill South Tuesday night.

Tommy Parker (113) downed his opponent in 1 minute, 7 seconds, while Kaine Williams (285) took just 47 seconds to pin his opponent. The only other win for Truman was a forfeit for Jason Chapman (106).
