Alex Burt keeps breaking his own record and Blue Springs South continues to win boys swimming and diving dual meets.
Burt broke his own school record in 1-meter diving that he set last week, scoring 347.65 over six dives to help lead the Jaguars past Raymore-Peculiar and Marshall Tuesday at the Blue Springs Family YMCA.
South totaled 493 points to 402 for Ray-Pec and 87 for Marshall.
The Jaguars won only five of 12 events but used their depth to edge Suburban Big Seven foe Ray-Pec.
Chase Graham posted a pair of victories to lead the Jaguars, prevailing in the 100-yard butterfly in a state-qualifying time of 55.84 seconds and the 100 backstroke in 1:01.86.
Graham also teamed with Thomas Branson, Aaron Wedel and Adam Ryan for a win in the 200 freestyle relay in 1:37.20.
Ryan won the 100 freestyle in 52.83 while Wedel took second (54.49). Wedel also took second in the 200 free (2:32.55) and Ryan was second in the 200 individual medley (2:14.55).
Micah Currie took second in diving with a state-cut score of 269.20 and also was fourth in the 100 freestyle (1:03.47).
