The Fort Osage wrestling team got a pair of quick pins among four pinfall victories in a conference win Tuesday.

Chris Young (182) took only 14 seconds to pin his opponent, and heavyweight Ikani Tuiono took just 1:09 to win to spark the Indians to a 43-33 Suburban Middle Six victory over host Oak Park.

Jesse Newton (126) and Josh Rieck (145) also won with pins. AJ Sanchez (132) won a 9-0 major decision and Josh Newton (152) won a 9-7 decision for the Indians’ other wins on the mat. Bryan Herrera (113) and Roman Tinoco (138) won forfeits.

GRAIN VALLEY 52, EXCELSIOR SPRINGS 27: Grain Valley won six of the final seven matches Tuesday to down host Excelsior Springs in a Missouri River Valley Conference West match.

The Eagles recorded five first-period pins, including a 21-second win by Mitchel Alexander (138) and a 58-second win by Caleb Benshoof (126). Jacob Gilkey (170), Jaden Worthington (220) and Donovan McBride (285) also won in the first period.

Taylor Huwar won with a third-period pin, and Drake Tipton (160) took a 12-2 major decision for the Eagles.

OAK GROVE 41, HARRISONVILLE 30: Host Oak Grove started with four pins and a technical fall on the way to an MRVC West win over Harrisonville Tuesday.

Devin Alewine (285), Kaden Scarborough (106), Anthony Erickson (113) and Tucker MacWilliam (120) each won with a pin, and Keegan Scarborough won a 23-8 tech fall for a 29-0 lead.

Noah Sears (160) added a pin and Dylan Scarborough (145) won a forfeit to help the Panthers hold on for the win.
