The Blue Springs South wrestling team earned a pair of wins in Tuesday night’s triangular at Raytown South.

The Jaguars clipped Pleasant Hill 37-36 and then topped the Cardinals 58-24.

Dalton Kenig (113 pounds), Sam Hampton, Kolin Rogers (160), Wyatt Parker (182), Christian Broyles (195) and Cole West (285) recorded pins against Pleasant Hill while Findley, Hampton, Sam Jackson (132), Eric Hicks (145), Geryn Dudley (160), Parker, Boyles and West notched pins against Ray-South.

“I’m very proud of the 10 kids that came out and competed hard tonight,” South coach Doug Black said. “They did an excellent job of taking care of what they can control, and that is their own matches.”
