The Oak Grove wrestling squad lost the battled of No. 1 teams Thursday.
Kearney, ranked first in Class 3, topped the Class 2 top-ranked Panthers 44-21 at Kearney High School.
Dalton Brinegar (170 pounds) and Preston Airington (195) won by pin, Tyler Brown (126) won a 2-1 decision and Brock Mercer (106) won by forfeit, but that was all the Panthers could muster against Kearney, the defending Class 3 state champion.
