The Missouri Mavericks waived defenseman Doug MacIver Wednesday to make room on their roster after the acquisition of forwards Karl Sellan and Nick Sirota on Tuesday.
The Mavericks now have 20 on their roster but Kyle Bochek was put on the 30-day injured reserve list Tuesday with an upper body injury. Sellan was acquired in a trade with Arizona and Sirota, a rookie, was signed.
