The Blue Springs High School football team earned its first trip to the Class 6 state championship game since 2009 with a 42-7 rout of St. Louis DeSmet tonight in St. Louis.
The Wildcats will meet Francis Howell, a 17-6 winner over Lafayette-Wildwood, in the Class 6 Show-Me Bowl championship game at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis.
