Marten – Lane

Leslie Marten of Denver became the bride of David Lane, also of Denver, in an evening, double-ring ceremony June 27, 2008, at Vallarta Palace Resort, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

The bride is the daughter of Lynn Marten and Marsha Marten of Lenexa, and the parents of the bridegroom are Ken Lane and Barb Lane of Independence.

Lindsay Ingram, sister of the bride, assisted as matron of honor, with Jeff Glasco serving as best man.

The reception was also held at the Vallarta Palace Resort.

The bride, a 1997 graduate of Shawnee Mission West High School, and a 2001 graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in finance, is pursuing her MBA at Regis University, Denver. She is an electronic banking consultant for Wells Fargo Bank.

The bridegroom, a 1997 graduate of Truman High School, is a 2002 graduate of Kansas State with a degree in landscape architecture. He is employed by Norris Design in Denver.

They are planning a honeymoon to Australia in the fall, and are at home in Denver.
