Most airlines are allowing travelers to make changes to flights to the region without penalty. Some airlines have already started to cancel flights.

They will be issuing cancellation notices on their web sites and contacting passengers. This is why it is always good to provide an email and cell phone number when booking your flight.

Flight information and links to the airlines are available at http://flykci.com/
