A 30-year-old Buckner woman suffered moderate injuries when she lost control of her vehicle Saturday on Route BB, which was covered in ice, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

A 30-year-old Buckner woman suffered moderate injuries when she lost control of her vehicle Saturday on Route BB, which was covered in ice, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.


Mandelyn R. String, at 6 p.m., was driving a 2002 Jeep on Route BB at Murphy School Road when she lost control, veered off the road and struck an embankment, resulting in the Jeep to overturn.


She was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment. She was wearing her seat belt, according to the Highway Patrol. There were no passengers.
