To the editor:
Mikayla McLean has written some very informative columns in The Examiner that have really given me a good scope from a student’s point of view. While I often receive literature from the school detailing things like A+ and AP courses, Mikayla really gives life to the subjects. Instead of simply repeating said information from the school, the young columnist has really portrayed how things go from a “ground zero” perspective. The material she produces not only explains various rewards of certain school programs but also how it makes the students like herself feel.
I hope she continues her articles for the Examiner, so we all can be enlightened. There are so many questions that parents like myself often run across that can only be answered by firsthand accounts. Keep up the good work Mikayla!
