A 19-car trainload of self-propelled combines left the Independence Works of Allis Chalmers, destined for use in the 1962 grain crop harvest in Iran. This shipment is one of the largest the plant has made to one export dealer. The order was placed by Iran Techno Corp., the Allis Chalmers dealer in Tehran. These combines are equipped with bagging equipment instead of grain bins.
