  • There a chance of thunderstorms later today, followed by a few days of expected clear, mild weather.
    The National Weather Service says showers and thunderstorms are most likely between noon and 5 p.m. The high will be about 81, and there’s little breeze. The chance of rain is 40 percent and lingers at 10 percent this evening, when it gets down to 66. None of the storms are expected to be severe.
    Tuesday brings sunny skies with a high of 84 and then an overnight low of 65. Wednesday is the same: 83 and then 68. The next chance of thunderstorms comes late Wednesday through Thursday afternoon.
