To the editor:

When Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives Steven Tilley made his choice of Rush Limbaugh for the Hall of Famous Missourians, he did it in secrecy, under cover of darkness – the kind of action a person takes when he is ashamed of what he is doing. Since Mr. Limbaugh hopes the president of the country will fail and calls women sluts, prostitutes and feminazis – to cite a few of his more extreme rants – it would seem he would be in better company in the Hall of Infamous Missourians, should it ever be created. Then Speaker Tilley wouldn’t have to resort to subterfuge in revealing his choice.

Mr. Limbaugh classifies the critics of his being named to the Hall of Famous Missourians as “deranged.” If you are angered by my thoughts, as expressed in this letter, please bear in mind that I am already categorized.
