Independence Police have issued an Amber Alert for a 13-month-old boy who is missing, along with the young woman who took him to get a haircut.

The little boy who was the object of an Amber alert overnight has been found by the Kansas City Police Department.   Independence Police had issued an Amber Alert for a 13-month-old boy who was missing, along with the young woman who took him to get a haircut.   On Monday, Kee'Arra Hill left an apartment at the Brookstone Village Apartments, near Missouri 78 and Swope Drive, with 13-month-old Navailynn Andrews, with his mother's permission.  Kee'Arra telephoned Shaunice Hill at 4 p.m. Monday to say she and Navailynn were on their way back from Raytown, but they did not show up.    Kansas City police found the boy in Kansas City.
