Meyer Music Inc. has added Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology at its Blue Springs location.

The 135-gallon cleaner, manufactured by the Ultrasonic Power Corporation in Freeport, Ill., is the largest machine made by the company, large enough even for a tuba.  The cleaning process uses bio-degradable detergents and cleans instruments inside and out, prolonging the life of instruments.

“We felt that, due to the delicate nature of the instruments we deal with, we needed to buy the best and latest technology,” said Mike Meyer, manager of Meyer Music.
