Three Buckner residents are at the center of two drug raids in December.

Buckner Police Chief Mike Cook said the first raid occurred in early December on South Osage Street, where 20 marijuana plants were found growing in a home. One man was taken into custody and later released pending further investigation.

On Dec. 27, police raided a home on South Hudson Street and discovered 80 plants growing in a home. Two people were taken into custody and released pending further investigation.

Cook said police had been monitoring both homes for about a month. Street value of the plants was not immediately known.
