Larry ‘David’ Hibbs died Nov. 25, 2008

Larry “David” Hibbs, age 41, 5-1-1967, passed away November 25, 2008, at home in Levasy, MO.

He graduated Fort Osage High School in 1985. He was a shooter, hunter and fisherman and was very comfortable in the outdoors. His current and favorite job was with Kansas City Rubber and Belting.

He was preceeded in death by his daughter Tricia Marie, maternal grandparents Floyd and Dorothy Burch, and paternal grandfather James Hibbs.

He is survived by his son Larry D. Hibbs of the Kansas City area mother Jackie J. Burch of the home, father Larry C. Hibbs (Sherry), Joplin, sister and best friend Susan Clark (Marty), Mayview, paternal grandmother Leota Hibbs, Weston, aunts Janet Jackson (Mark), Becky Jones, Kathy Sullins (Dan Backman), uncle Owen Hibbs. Two nieces Kirstin and Alicia, and two nephews Dalton and Tyler. His companion Linh Hembree, dear friend Tara Nichols, many many cousins and a great host of family and friends.

He will be missed and always remembered. Love You David.

Visitation November 29, 2008 at the Heart of God Fellowship,3720 N.Buckner-Tarsney, Buckner, 10 am, funeral service 11 am. Burial in Buckner Cemetary.  In lieu of flowers a memorial may be made in care of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Marts Memorial Services, 816-561-8181.
