    How did this start?
“About three years ago, we started doing a little barbecue. ... And everybody said, hey, you need to market this,” said Don Bauer.
    Division of labor?
Fabian is the main cook. “My son loves to cook,” Don says, adding “I make the beans. I make the cheesy corn.”
    What’s the decor?
    Cars and car memorabilia everywhere.
“We made our own tables. We made our own booths,” Don Bauer says.
The seats are from F-150s. There are Ford, Chevrolet and Cadillac booths. The bench for customers waiting for a table is the back seat of a ’67 Cadillac. And built into the bar are a ’65 Chevy Impala and ’67 Cadillac.
“People come to see the decor. ... and they come back for the food,” Don Bauer says.
