Dozens of children and families came out to MCC-Blue River Saturday to attend the “All for the Children” event.

Dozens of children and families came out to MCC-Blue River Saturday to attend the “All for the Children” event.

“All for the Children” is a child-abuse prevention day that is in its second year. Among the activities included an Easter egg hunt, self-defense classes for children, displays, spray-on tattoos and free ID cards.

In addition, there were nutrition classes for parents and community agencies were available to answer questions and provide information about resources and child abuse prevention.
