• Prevention of Shoulder Injury Youth Pitching Research Study participants needed (ages 12-18). Study will track and measure pitch counts and the range of motion in throwing and non-throwing arm over time. Stretching and exercise programs will be used to determine improvements in shoulder stiffness. Participants will receive at least monthly range of motion measurements, video analysis using Dartfish Video Software (every 2 months), exercise band(s), monthly 45-minute pitching lesson, and a monthly e-mail newsletter on preventing pitching injuries.
