On Sept. 1, an additional sack lunch will be delivered with the hot meal to homebound meal clients.

During the Santa-Cali-Gon Days festival, which begins the evening of Sept. 1 with a carnival, both of the parking lots adjacent to the Palmer Center, 218A N. Pleasant St., owned by churches will be unavailable for visitor parking. The churches plan to use the lots for fundraising activities throughout the weekend.

The Palmer Center will remain open for walk-in visitors from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 2.
