All Missourians ages 5 and older are eligible to receive COVID vaccines without charge. If you have already had at least one vaccine, remember to bring your vaccine card. Vaccinations are being offered as follows: University Health: 7900 Lee’s Summit Road, Kansas City, and 2211 Charlotte St., Kansas City. Vaccinations, as well as first and second boosters, are being given at both locations, Mondays through Fridays from 7 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. If you have already had one or more doses, bring your vaccine card. Jackson County Health Department upcoming vaccination clinics Jackson County Health Department upcoming vaccination clinics include: June 21, 22, 24, 27, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and June 23, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Jackson County Health Department, 313 S. Liberty, Independence. These clinics offer COVID vaccinations for people ages 5 and up. NOTE: the vaccination clinic will be closed on June 20 in celebration of Juneteenth. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are strongly recommended, as it is possible that the clinics may run out of vaccine for walk-in clients. Note: All children, ages 5 to 18, will need a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form for vaccination. If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card.
