Edith June Greer Sisk, 90, of Buckner, Mo. passed on June 24, 2022, at home with her family with her.

Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Royer’s New Salem Funeral Home, Independence, Mo. Funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. Burial at New Salem Cemetery.

Edith was born June 14, 1932 in Alton, Mo. She was the youngest child of William Franklin Greer and Chloe Angeline McElmurry Greer. Edith married Cleo Sisk on October 15, 1949.

Edith is survived by seven children: Gary Sisk and wife Gloria, Yvonne Sisk, Janet Sisk, Dwight Sisk and wife Debbie, Brenda Kent, Anita Sisk, Clifford Sisk and wife Yolanda; 29 grandchildren, 21 greatgrandchildren and a host of family friends.

Edith was preceded in death by her husband: Cleo Sisk; parents: William and Chloe Greer; three sisters: Lucy Johnson, Elizabeth Hogan, Lois Goode; three brothers: Robert Greer, Raymon Greer and Roy Greer.
