Timothy B. Cochran of Independence, Mo., passed away January 24, 2023. He was born December 23, 1955, to James Wallace and Sarah Cochran.
 He is survived by his wife, Deborah; three children, Jessica Cochran Perry, Joshua (Tracey) Cochran, and Naomi (Matthew) Oakes; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; three siblings, Annie (Neil) Carriker, David (Penney) Cochran, and Michael (Donita) Cochran. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Christopher Cochran.
 In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Shriners Hospital and Wounded Warriors. The family will have a private celebration of life at Tim’s request.
