Philip Edwin Kerr Jr., 57, of Independence, Mo., passed away in January 2023. He was a beloved father and husband, a talented chef and drummer, a great wit, and a generous spirit. He is survived by his wife Anna, children Nelda, Colton, and Nate, and siblings Cody Cochran, Shirley Cochran, John Kerr, Tammy Frangel. The family will hold a memorial service in June.
