Workers lower a new welcoming sign for the Englewood Arts District into place Friday morning at Winner and Sterling roads. The base for the sign comes from the former Glenwood Theatre sign in Overland Park, Kansas, which was taken down about 20 years ago. The rest of the sign was reconstructed in the original style.
