Bernice was preceded in death by her devoted husband Norman Frederick Kilbourn and seven Brothers and Sisters. Bernice is survived by her daughters Debra Hamilton, Karen Richardson, Julie Miller (husband Ron Miller, son Kevin Kilbourn (wife Stephanie Kilbourn) stepdaughter Carol Taylor and 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
