Truman Patriots can’t sustain strong start
The Truman High School baseball team could not have enjoyed a much better start Monday afternoon at the new Lee’s Summit Sports Complex. The Patriots scored four runs, with Ben Kerby hitting an RBI double, Trey Stone getting an RBI single and Brandon Lindle adding a two-run double to stake Dawson Torpey to a 4-0 lead at the new facility that features many turf and natural grass fields for the Lee’s Summit baseball and softball teams.
