'Annie' comes to the stage in Blue Springs

What: Blue Springs City Theatre presents the children’s musical “Annie Jr.”, performed by special arrangement with Music Theatre International and with public support from the Missouri Arts Council. It is Blue Springs City Theatre’s first show as part of the Penguin Project theater program in which the actors are children with disabilities or special needs who are paired with peer mentors of similar age to support them on stage and in preparation.
